1. Wholesale Eligibility 

We welcome inquiries from:

  • Brick-and-Mortar Retailers: (e.g., boutique stores, gift shops, salons)
  • Online Store Owners: (e.g., Shopify, Etsy, Amazon sellers)
  • Distributors and Resellers: Looking to stock our brands.
  • Stylists and Influencers: With a proven business presence.
  • Corporate Gifting and Subscription Box Companies.

Please be prepared to provide your business license, tax ID, or a link to your active online storefront upon inquiry.

 

2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) 

To ensure a mutually beneficial partnership, we have established the following MOQ structure:

  • Sample Order: Available for first-time partners. Max 10 units for quality assessment. (Sample order cost is deductible from your first official bulk order).
  • Initial Bulk Order: Minimum order quantity of 10 pieces
  • Replenishment Orders: No minimum order value for established partners.

 

3. Wholesale Pricing

  • Our wholesale prices are structured to provide you with a healthy margin.
  • Pricing is tiered based on order volume. The larger your order, the better the unit price.
  • Wholesale price lists are provided upon approval of your wholesale account. No public pricing is displayed on the website to protect your business.

 

4. The Ordering Process

Working with us is simple:

1) Browse & Inquire: 

  • Explore our product catalog on this website.
  • Click the "Contact Form"button on any product page.
  • Fill out the inquiry form with your details and the products/quantities you're interested in.

2) Get Your Quote:

  • Within 1-2 business days, we will email you a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) with your personalized wholesale pricing, product details, and the total amount due.

3) Review & Confirm: 

  • Review the PI. Approve it via email or request adjustments.

4) Make Payment:

  • We accept payments via Bank Transfer (TT/Wire Transfer) and PayPal. Full payment is required before production/shipping commences. 

5) Production & Shipping:

Once payment is confirmed, we will process your order. Standard production time is 7-10 business days after payment clearance. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. 

 

5. Payment Terms 

  • New Partners: 100% payment in advance.
  • Established Partners: After 3 successful orders, 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment.

6. Shipping Policy 

  • Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. We do not add any hidden handling fees.
  • Shipping Methods: We ship worldwide via reliable carriers like DHL, FedEx, UPS, and EMS. We will recommend the most cost-effective and efficient option based on your order size and destination.
  • Shipping Time: Transit times vary by destination (typically 3-10 business days internationally, excluding customs clearance delays).
  • Customs & Import Duties: All applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the importer (the buyer). We are not liable for these charges.

 

7. Returns & Defects Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products.

  • Defective Goods: If you receive items with manufacturing defects, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, accompanied by clear photos/videos. We will replace the defective items or issue a credit for them.
  • Wrong Items Shipped: If we accidentally ship the wrong product, we will cover the cost of shipping the correct items to you.
  • Please Note: Due to the nature of wholesale, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or if the products fail to sell in your market. We recommend ordering samples first.

  • Custom Scrunchies: We can create scrunchies based on your specific fabric, colors, and designs (subject to fabric MOQ).
